De Vohs was hatched at some point in the early Second Epoch of the Age of Breath. Little information is available on the De brood; it seems his ancestry is long lost. He was of the Blood Aspect, and he specialized in Breaths of the healing of (and advancement of) bodily decay. Vohs was a prolific researcher and writer, mainly known for his important works on the effects of draconic diseases, but also having published works on many other topics. He traveled throughout most of Lucania to compile his works.

He was grey-scaled, with horns curved, and sporting a wide stance and heavy middle; he was once quoted as stating "food is my second greatest pleasure, only after using my gift of Breath".

Based on the time of his first publication, De Vohs lived to be over two times the average final age of a dragon, by using rigorous techniques with his Aspect he (much later) detailed in his book "Twelve Means of Immortality". However, De Vohs eventually chose to instead become a lich. In the early Second Epoch, this process was not well-explored, was risky, and definitely was not thought of kindly. De Vohs chose to undergo it anyways, with considerable help from a Soul-aspect friend of his. He chose his own corpse to be a vessel for the soul-binding, as was customary at the time. However, he continually used his own Aspect to reverse the decay of his own body, preventing it from fully rotting away, like in most liches of the time. When asked why, he once said, "Well, I can't enjoy a good meal if I let my stomach rot away, now can I?"

Vohs was considered "eccentric", to put it lightly, by many of his peers.

He existed from then on, up until the end of the Age of Breath, through all four Epochs, and into the Age of Souls. He was known for long stays of absence from the public eye, and may be finally gone from Lucania now, or may just be taking a break. We can only see. Some consider him prone to flights of fancy, some consider him unreliable, some may consider him flat-out insane, but none may object to his contributions to the fields of draconic medicine. I, for one, hope he may yet return.

This is a decent summary of the man, but as a fellow Administrator, I find that you have omitted some very important parts regarding his dubious status of piety. Considering only his actions, you would think of De Vohs as quite the pious individual, perhaps of The Candleflame or The Envoy-In-Red. However, during his existence, he continually disavowed his adherence to any Virtue, stating that "I know the gods had loved, but not any more".

And his occasional disappearances are, quite frankly, suspicious. We have seen this pattern before in Agents pretending to be others. While De Vohs's actions don't seem aligned with forces of despicable Order, we must always remain vigilant of the possibility.

Furthermore, I am sure you are aware of the "Codex Devos" we recovered from his last known lair. What pious dragon would make a book written entirely in an Olden Tounge cipher, and then hide it away? We don't even know the meaning of the word "Devos", as we transliterated it. Is it a bastardization of his name in the Olden Tounge, for use in the cipher? Has he secretly been a Godborn all this time? Was that his name before he became an Agent, as we suspect he may be? De Vohs simply has too many mysteries surrounding him to be able to trust.

Finally, remember what he once had to say on our own organization: "good people, I suppose, but they could get good value of removing the sticks up their asses". You simply cannot be so uncritically supportive of him in your writings!

Kyro, despite all this, I do wish you luck upon your "Review of What is Known Upon All Dragons to Exist". It is a most noble endeavor, and its sheer difficulty embraces our tenet of the impossible dream. I hope that my assistance will make it more complete, and unbiased. May the Gods be with you, and perhaps, with De Vohs as well.
